If you always do things digitally, start with creating on paper. if you always write in a certain area of your home, try writing at a coffee shop. Try doing things in entirely different ways that usual and break out of your usual.Bring a notebook with you for all the ideas that are going to come through!Somatic:Channel your breath work practices such as box breathing, or this one-minute breath practice from me.Reflections:Observe yourself, where you feel pulled, and what you feel called to change and create.March Practices:Creative & Somatic:Water color or work with water and ink. Speak intentions into your water. Shower with the intention of clearing and cleansing more than just your body.
