#94 Jarom Moriyama-Bondar is the co-founder of Pride In Business and a consultant at Gallagher Benefit Services. Pride In Business was established in 2011 to support, encourage and promote small to medium-sized LGBTQ+ owned and operated businesses and those that support the LGBTQ+ community in the Calgary area. He shares the story behind starting Pride in Business and why having a like-minded community is so important. They recently became incorporated and Jarom talks about why they made that decision and how it has helped with growing the events and being able to accept sponsorships.
