My guest today is Sarah Rosensweet. Sarah is a Peaceful Parenting leader and coach. Peaceful parenting is an approach that uses kind, firm limits with lots of empathy. Parents are in charge but give their kids the support they need to meet their expectations. She emphasizes connection and supports parents in prioritizing relationship with our kids. Sarah knows that our relationship is the most effective way we can influence our kids.
