Eps 250: Choosing a Coach

Hiring a coach is a transformative experience. Not just the results you get from hiring a coach whose area of expertise is exactly what you're currently struggling with, but also the decision-making process can be a personal growth opportunity. Learning to trust your gut, while also taking into account what you're intellect has to say about the options available to you will offer insight into how to make all your other business decisions but also how your own future clients are approaching this decision.     On this week's podcast episode you'll hear:   Embrace your decision to make a decision. Sometimes there are seasons when you aren't shopping for a coach. And sometimes there are when you are. Own it and take this on as a business to do. Your clients had made the same choice too. So don't be shy inviting them to a discovery call with you.   Research your options. This might be my favourite part of the process but don''t spend too much time here. Consider your dream coach to hire and their area of specialty. That's why I make a fuss about owning your niche statement. You want to be googleable.  Keep talking about how you help, what your process is and make magic by sounding like a broken record as you market your coaching services. Trust your gut. I use the BHG process to help my clients to make decisions. First your brain, then your heart then finally your gut.
