Sonia Kurmey is a wife and mother of a blended family of eight wonderful children. At the age of 28, and with a 6-month-old son, Sonia embarked on a journey of starting her own travel business. She spent 25 years running her company, having two more sons, and becoming a single parent. It was at this time that she began her health and wellness journey. Today, Sonia has her own e-commerce health and wellness business that allows her the freedom to travel, give back to her community, and support causes that are important to her.
