KOMPAS.com – Sejumlah terdakwa kasus korupsi mendapatkan diskon pengurangan hukuman baru-baru ini. Selain Jaksa Pinangki, Pengadilan Tinggi DKI Jakarta juga memberikan pengurangan hukuman kepada Djoko Soegiarto Tjandra. Sebelumnya, Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jakarta memvonis Pinangki dengan hukuman 10 tahun penjara. Namun, majelis hakim PT DKI Jakarta yang diketuai Muhamad Yusuf  memangkas hukuman Pinangki menjadi 4 tahun penjara. . Diketahui, Pinangki terbukti melakukan tiga tindak pidana sekaligus, yaitu menerima suap, melakukan pencucian uang, dan melakukan pemufakatan jahat terkait pengurusan fatwa di Mahkamah Agung (MA). Sementara itu, Djoko S Tjandra mendapatkan potongan hukuman 1 tahun penjara, dari sebelumnya 4,5 tahun menjadi 3,5 tahun. Sebelumnya, KPK mencatat adanya 20 koruptor yang mendapatkan keringanan hukuman sepanjang 2019-2020. Di antaranya yakni pengacara OC Kaligis, mantan Ketua DPD Irman Gusman, mantan Hakim Konstitusi Patrialis Akbar, Andi Zulkarnain Mallarangeng, hingga petinggi Lippo Group Billy Sindoro. .
