Eps. 7: Attention Shapes Reality
from Within The Simulation: The Search For The Creator Hosted by Andrew Hirschhorn
At the warehouse the Guardian discusses the malleable nature of reality: At this level, the heroes’ attention and intentions shape reality. Per the Guardian, It is more about co-creating reality instead of experiencing, much like the Double Slit experiment in physics—Inexplicably, tiny particles behave differently when they are being watched. The heroes’ homework” involves an assault by NPCs— non playable characters of a video game. The Gamekeeper is vexed by the hostile behavior by the NPCs: Their programming was to act in a neutral fashion, and not to be aggressive. The Code is being altered by an outsider or AI and/or the Code is becoming autonomous.
