Carob Mars is a speaker and advocate for those in foster care. She is the founder of AgeOutRiseUp. Aging out of the Foster Care System, a sad statistic is one in three kids have dismal outcomes and are incarcerated or under employed.  Carob wants to figure out why this is. She believes that the best mentors are those who have walked in similar shoes. So she began in person mentoring.
