VLKN (https://soundcloud.com/vlknzr) is a dj based in Istanbul. His real name is Volkan. As he averages adolescence, he fanatically discovers electronic sounds. After listening, dancing and vibrating with the beats of electronic music, he decided to insert himself fully into the universe of the trays back in 2003. For some years now VLKN has used vinyl as the preferred format for his presentations. He believes that it is the most noble and beautiful format to be able to transmit what flows from within when making a set. His passion for music has lead him to start creating his own productions, where he is looking to continue to develop his unique sound. You can listen his first EP ''Senses'' on his Soundcloud page or on Beatport. His sound incorporates warm, beautiful melodies, groovy basslines, and more than a touch of class. He seeks to touch the hearts and minds of dancers with improvisations based on their set, setting and atmosphere.
