五一小长假，我去北京周边郊游，回来的路上正好路过一个楼盘，抱着调研的心态，看看最近楼房卖得好不好，就进去了。进去以后售楼员就问我一个问题，说你这是首套房还是二套房。317新政以后，只要买过房子，只要贷过款都算二套房。他说昨天刚收到信息，所有的二套房银行的利率调高20%。我就很震撼，因为我不知道这个消息。他说是4月29日、30日左右，银行发的通知。回来以后我网上一查，这个信息算是对楼市调控走上正途了——房市定向加息！！ （报名学习投资理财，请加周老师微信：13701835834）
