Erandi De Silva is a biotech founder and scientist who co-founded Forge Biologics, a gene therapy development and manufacturing company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. She serves as the Senior Vice President of Product Development, overseeing the pipeline of disease-modifying AAV-based therapies for rare genetic diseases, automation initiatives and new therapeutic product planning. She has over 15 years of experience in discovery research, therapeutic development, and partnering. She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University and a B.S.
