Eric Burns - Firefighter Turned Investor

Armed with a degree in Finance, Eric Burns joined the Cincinnati Fire Department. Serving for 17 years, and serving as a Lieutenant, he decided he wanted to build a side hustle for after his career was over. He got started in real estate investing in 2013. After working hard to build his own portfolio, he found out he just created another job for himself that was difficult to scale. He then turned to syndication and capital raising as a way to get out of the day to day and allow larger and experienced operators to handle that while he found investors.
