Greenwald is the Franchise Owner/Operator of ProteinHouse currently with three locations in Maricopa County. Prior to his current role, Greenwald, with 30-plus years of restaurant operating experience, was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Grimaldi’s Pizzeria and Director of Operations for the Mastro Restaurant Group, as well as several management positions, within the restaurant industry. In addition, Greenwald was also the Chair for the National Restaurant Association’s (NRA) Pizzeria Industry Council and with his passion for helping children he also was on the Advisory Board for Share our Strength/ No Kid Hungry. Originally from New Jersey, Greenwald graduated from Arizona State University. He now resides in Scottsdale. He now owned the Protein House and Lorenzo's Pizza ! Two great brands.
