Erica explains how she lets go of unrealistic expectations and does not spread herself too thin.Erica also stresses the importance of sleep, exercise and food, and that what you put in is what you get out.Diving into hiring candidates, Erica says she doesn't look for culture fit but instead focuses on culture adds.
