Schedulicity and Hairdustry presents Your Day Off podcast-Erica Keelen- Erica is the co-owner of a hybrid salon is Jacksonville Florida. She had a simple concept, to create a space that is safe for collaboration. Erica encourages her colleagues to enter as many contest as they can. This approach has payed payed off well they have numerous contest wins including a Naha award for @blushandmane and @daryna_barykina.  Studio Sage has blown up the Jacksonville market with these collaborations.
