Erika Arner Discusses Bilski, One Year Later

A year ago, the U.S. Supreme Court handed down its long-awaited Bilski v. Kappos ruling. Finnegan partner Erika Arner was a member of the Finnegan team that represented Bilski before the Supreme Court and she co-authored an amicus brief to the Federal Circuit in the case on behalf of Accenture.
