Erika Wennerstrom dips into The Marinade. Erika's album "Sweet Unknown" was our favorite in a crowded 2018 field. After her band Heartless Bastards went on hiatus in 2015, Erika set out to find her next creative outlet. The result is a brilliant solo effort. Erika sits down with us backstage at The Plaza Live in Orlando, FL, before her show with Lucinda Williams and Drive-by Truckers. We talk about her experience with ayahuasca, how hiking in Big Bend opened the creative spigot and even enjoy a silent cameo from Patterson Hood of Drive-by Truckers.
