Erin Coffel: How she went from Midwest standout to All-American in the SEC

Erin Coffel is an Indiana native and 2x Gatorade Player of the Year currently competing at top-25 ranked Kentucky. She is an All-American, has led the SEC in many offensive categories, and still has two more seasons ahead of her!
