Kiwis have been gaining weight at faster rates than normal.According to a new survey by Exercise NZ, Kiwis put on 2.8 million kilograms nationwide – about the same as 500 elephants.Those who reported putting on weight gained an average of 5.4kg – 10 times the usual rate of weight gain.Health and wellbeing expert Erin O'Hara joined Francesca Rudkin to discuss the causes behind the weight gains and what can be done to change routines.LISTEN ABOVESee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
