At the end of summer when that first nip is in the air, it marks the start of cold and flu season.Anytime the season's change brings on cold and flu symptoms - your body must acclimate to new temperatures, weather conditions, and spending more time inside.On average, each of us will get around 200 colds in a lifetime. Adults average about 2 to 4 colds a year. Children have about 6 to 10 colds a year.Tips to naturally boost your immune system and overcome colds.Erin is the co-founder, director, Naturopath and Yoga Teacher at Golden Yogi.  She holds a bachelor of science (physiology) and a bachelor or natural medicine.
