Erin Sharoni Discusses How to Delay Aging

from The People's Pharmacy

In addition to our interviews with Dr. David Sinclair and Dr. Terrie Moffitt in Show 1263, we also spoke recently with Erin Sharoni. In this conversation, the entrepreneur (co-founder of Juvicell) discusses the importance of epigenetics. She also addresses the evidence on several of the ingredients in the Juvicell supplement and describes some simple approaches that may help delay aging.  Lifestyle Approaches to Delay Aging: We thought that this additional perspective would be of interest. You may not be surprised to learn that Erin recommends getting enough sleep and regular exercise.  In addition, she suggests intermittent fasting and following a predominantly plant-based diet. We don’t know whether any of these practices will actually delay aging, as the research evidence is not yet available. However, we are confident that all of them will help you stay healthy.  The Guest: Erin Sharoni is an entrepreneur and cofounder of Juvicell. The company produces a multi-ingredient longevity supplement. We have no financial interest in her company. Erin is also a Master’s degree candidate in Biology at Harvard University, having focused her thesis on epigenetics.
