I’ve been lucky in that I’ve been working from home all that time but there is a cost to your mental health and well-being. This mix illustrates some of the crazy, dark and at times fearful places my mind has taken me. This is not my usual style of music but it is a manifestation of the impact 🔒 had on my mental health and my well-being.
