Errol Russell - The Deep in LOVE Mix LIVE @ LOVE Istanbul Turkey ❤️

A LIVE set recorded at LOVE DANCE POINT in Istanbul, Turkey. This was the 1st time I'd played in an Islamic country and rather than play a hard, techno type set, which is what they were used to, I thought I'd make it soulful and full of LOVE. Before I started my set, I noted that the majority of music being played was Turkish so I didn't really know what to expect. The promoter told me he was taking a gamble booking me but he was determined to expose his club to my sound. He left saying, “lets see what happens in an hour”. Anyway, 3 hours later, he came over to me and said I'd played a FAB set. It took the crowd about 40 mins to respond to my set - I guessed they hadn't heard this style of music before. One of the clubbers came over to me and said the last time he had heard music like this was in New York, which was music to my ears. I hope you enjoy this set too! All tracks mixed are vinyl.
