Escape Into The Safe Alliance

We're excited to welcome Melina Cantu, Co-Chief Program Officer, to the conversation! 🎙️ The SAFE Alliance brings together Austin Children's Shelter and SafePlace to support survivors of child abuse, sexual assault and exploitation, and domestic violence. Their mission is to interrupt the cycle of abuse by cultivating safety, healing, and just outcomes for those impacted while working toward a community free from violence and abuse. Before we escape into Safe, Steph and Courtney dive into what nonprofits need over the holidays. Ways Safe Alliance makes an Impact: Supporting Survivors and Their Families – Providing safety, advocacy, and support for survivors of violence and abuse. Creating Pathways to Healing – Offering services that support survivors and their children from prevention through long-term healing. Building Safer Communities – Working to prevent violence and abuse while creating a safer, more supportive community for everyone.
