Escaping Isolation

from The Remnant Nation Hosted by Remnant Nation Radio

Escaping the culture of isolation in our society. Deana shows the listener how far we have strayed from the true pattern of the church in reliance upon one another, and accountability, as well. Many have followed in the footsteps of our culture leading them into isolation in the midst of a crowd. Working in cubicles in a packed office, living in subdivisions or gated communities, but still not knowing our co-workers or neighbors; riding subways and elevators with the same people every day, yet we are strangers. Worst of all, going to church and sitting amidst a congregation in utter isolation. While pastors lost in a sea of human misery, burn out while they them-self suffer apart from God's pattern for the church, there is a model to return to, if only we would. Listen to this podcast to identify the biblical relationship between layman and leadership in ancient Christian text. How we can begin anew by ESCAPING the Culture of crowded ISOLATION in our society.
