Sam Duong is the Pastor at Cambodian Baptist Church. Pastor Sam escaped the Cambodian Killing Fields during the Cambodian Genocide of the 1970s. Pastor Sam became a Christian after being witnessed to by a Western Missionary while in Thailand. Pastor Sam eventually came to America with his wife. Since his arrival, Rev. Duong has pastored many churches for the Cambodian community. Pastor Sam has created a museum of the Cambodian Killing Fields at Cambodian Baptist Church. The museum shows the gruesome horror of the killing fields, but also the gracious work of God to deliver Sam to America. Cambodian Baptist Church is a proud part of the Three Rivers Baptist Association. In this episode we discuss the Cambodian Genocide, the power of American Missions, and sharing the Gospel to the Cambodian community.
