Todo lo que suena puede formar parte de la meditación.Vamos a dejar de pelear con los ruidos y aprender a escucharlos desde otro lugar: con apertura, con curiosidad, sin juicios. Como decía Thich Nhat Hanh, “escuchar con plena atención es dejar que el sonido te atraviese como el viento entre los árboles”.Podés hacer esta práctica en cualquier lugar: en tu casa, en el trabajo, en un parque, incluso en medio del caos de la ciudad. Lo importante no es lo que suena, sino cómo lo escuchás.Respirá, sentí, y dejá que cada sonido sea una campana que te devuelva al momento presente.
