🎧 Apple Podcasts：https://apple.co/46YMo0G 🎧 Spotify：https://reurl.cc/koe889 📺 YouTube：https://youtu.be/E6XNacan35s?si=rPpdPEvgIDMfPEGv 🎧 SoundOn: https://t.ly/bzeQT This episode coincides with Teachers’ Day, and we are honored to once again welcome a distinguished mentor in sustainability—Professor Chao Chih-Cheng. Professor Chao, former Vice President of Tunghai University, has dedicated his life to promoting cross-disciplinary learning and sustainable thinking. In our previous episode, we explored how he applied the “value-added” concept of the circular economy to transform waste into resources. In this episode, we’ll take a deeper dive: Why do anti-science, anti-environment leaders emerge amid the global sustainability movement, and what setbacks do they cause? How did Morris Chang invite Professor Chao back to Taiwan, redefining green sustainability as “value creation” rather than mere pollution control? And on this special Teachers’ Day, Professor Chao will share his core philosophy—that true sustainability must begin with fundamental changes in humanities, culture, and consumer philosophy. Let’s now listen to the profound insights of this sustainability mentor.
