Sin luz, sin internet, sin teléfono, incomunicados y con el tráfico congestionado en las grandes ciudades. Dejó a miles de personas en los túneles del metro, en trenes parados en medio de la nada, otros no salieron y afectados los aeropuertos. Muchas empresas y negocios tuvieron que bajar la persiana sin que nadie supiera muy bien qué había pasado y se especulaba con un ciberataque. Una duda que no despejó el presidente Pedro Sánchez. El miedo, como en la pandemia, dejó lineales de supermercados vacíos. Pero esta vez la gente se echó a la calle, los transistores, las radios a pilas, fueron imprescindibles y cuando volvió la luz se celebró como una victoria. Ocurrió en un día en el que la noticia iba a ser la fecha del cónclave que elegirá al sucesor del papa Francisco y la hay: el 7 de mayo. Para ese día el presidente ruso, Vladímir Putin, anunció una tregua de tres días en Ucrania por el 80 aniversario de la victoria en la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
