Essence Prep Founding Scholars, With Jae Ricks

Essence Prep is a new charter school that will open on the Eastside of San Antonio in August 2022 with a goal of building agency in young people. Jennipha "Jae" Ricks, Chief Learning Officer and Principal of Essence Prep, joins us to describe the new school's learning model, partnerships, and emerging culture, and to invite families to enroll their students as founding scholars at Essence Prep.
