#Essential: Exploring The Change Within a Security CEO

Ian Dahlberg is no stranger to the security world. He started off in the U.S Coast Guard as a Federal Boarding Officer at the elite Anti-Terrorism and Law Enforcement Unit MSST 91106. When he left the Coast Guard, Ian explored his new opportunities as a civilian. Nothing appealed to him until the day he took a job as a Security Officer while attending college. Ian felt a comforting sense of familiarity from his time in the Coast Guard and decided to pursue a career in security. Since then, Ian has moved up the ranks in his security career and held executive positions with 2 of the largest security companies in the world. At these positions, he managed many accounts and was responsible for more than 300 Security Officers and 10,000 hours of Security Officer coverage a week. From these big corporations, Ian realized that there was room for improvement in the security industry. That’s when Ian decided to go off on his own to start Dahlcore. At Dahlcore we believe that security is more than a business, it is a responsibility. A responsibility not only to our clients but our Security Officers as well. Our Security Officers are treated as family (or as Ian would say “A Small Military Unit”). With this simple philosophy we can guarantee that an engaged and proactive Dahlcore Security Officer will be protecting you and your property. Dahlcore Security Services provides Security Guards in Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, and Long Island. #NY #Essential #Change THIS VIDEO WILL BE USED TO FUNDRAISE FOR IAN'S SELECTED CHARITY, THE WOUNDED WARRIOR PROJECT: https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org/Default.aspx?tsid=10043 FOLLOW THE CHANGE WITHIN PODCAST: ANCHOR https://anchor.fm/thechangewithinpodcast FACEBOOK https://www.facebook.com/TheChangeWithinPodcast INSTAGRAM https://www.instagram.com/thechangewithinpodcast/ YOUTUBE https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5fQlv49mT9dSVs4oardFAw/featured
