Ultimamente me habia puesto a pensar todas las veces en las que me sentia realmente mal y no lo demostraba por miedo a verme vulnerable, me puse a pensar y cuestionarme el porque me debo de sentir mal cuando estoy triste, enojada, frustrada o cualquier sentimiento que la sociedad considere "negativo", asi que quise expresar mis pensamientos con ustedes y demostrarnos que esta bien el no sentirnos bien, espero les guste y junto conmigo puedan demostrar sus sentimientos sin sentirse vulnerables.
