O líder da Aliança Democrática, Luís Montenegro, foi atingido nesta quarta-feira à entrada da FIL, em Lisboa, por uma lata de tinta verde arremessada por um jovem activista climático. Montenegro continuou a sua marcha para o interior do pavilhão, coberto de tinta, enquanto o jovem foi agarrado por pessoas da comitiva. O incidente veio desviar as atenções para as vozes discordantes dentro da AD. Mais de 15 anos depois da lei que legalizou a Interrupção Voluntária da Gravidez até às 10 semanas em Portugal, o tema do aborto entrou na campanha para as eleições legislativas. Paulo Núncio, vice-presidente e antigo secretário de Estado do CDS, participou num debate nesta terça-feira à noite no qual defendeu a realização de um referendo ao aborto.
