from The Liberated Life - Set Yourself Free in Business and Pleasure · host Robin Quinn Keehn, Michelle Nedelec

Find Michelle: www.awarenessstrategies.com About Michelle International bestselling author, Michelle Nedelec is an expert in Entrepreneurialism and the founder of Awareness Strategies.  She’s run her own series of companies for over 22 years and for over 15 years has been helping Managers and Executives to continually double their profits and revenues.  She not only has what it takes to help her clients build million dollar businesses, but she does it time and time again.  Michelle particularly loves to talk about Marketing Automation, Systems Integration and support both on and off of the stage.  She teaches the key components of business: Strategy, Systems, Support and State of Mind so you know how to continually elevate all four components to build a healthy thriving business.  For the past 6 years she’s been focusing on helping entrepreneurs bring their businesses online from conceptualization to Done For You IT automation. Notes When approaching being an entrepreneur, it's important to ask: What do you love to do? How do you love to do it? Next, figure our where your ideal clients are and how they'd love to work with you.  We have to consider how our clients want to receive our services.  For example, Michelle loves to speak and she connects best with people who love to listen (via podcasting).  We need to understand the difference between 'strategy' and 'tactics'.   The Strategy may be to meet people where they are. The Tactics might then be how - via online programs, a book, a podcast, etc... Next, we need to determine where they begin with us and how they continue to work with us (also known as The Ladder of Ascension).  We can bring in our hobbies and other ways of expressing ourselves once we've connected with our clients through their primary way of working with us. For example, if our clients get to know and love us via our podcast (auditory learning), we can introduce our hobby of, photography, for example, at a later date.  Some people want to go 'all in' and 'full on' in their entrepreneurial endeavors. Others prefer to take it slow.  Trust yourself on your pace . Be willing to try new things. Be willing to fail.  The only way to get into mastery is experience. It's your willingness to fail that allows you to create mastery in anything. A great coach is one that has failed and knows how to navigate it and keep going.    If this resonated, there's probably an open loop of your own worth closing.
