Establishing Boundaries as a Mom

It’s easy to start to only identify with our “roles” in life. We’re moms, wives, workers, daughters, etc. and while all of those things are GREAT, we’ve found that those things aren’t our whole identity. They can’t be. It can be hard to answer who we are outside of those things so join us as we discuss how to set some healthy boundaries and establish who we are as an individual.
