Asimismo los constituyentes Rodrigo Álvarez (UDI) y Marcos Barraza (PC) se refirieron a la situación de Rojas Vade. En tanto el panel conformado por Katherine Martorell, ex subsecretaria; Giorgio Jackson, diputado de RD; Macarena Lobos, ex subsecretaria; Nicolás Eyzaguirre, ex ministro e Isabel Plá, ex ministra analizó la misma situación junto al rechazo del Servel a más de 200 candidaturas al parlamento y la discusión de los candidatos presidenciales en torno a las ayudas estatales y el cuarto retiro de 10%.
