Estuary Yoga

In this Poddy that became dedicated to Loving Lauren I chat with Lovely Lucy Lawes the director of Estuary yoga, we take a long walk around the park smelling all over the field, speaking about her yoga journey and NamARTste. We spoke for a while about podcasts and what they teach us as well as my feeling of vulnerability that comes from talking too much as well as student debt and real life yogis blog. Then we got into the importance of creativity and how we can forget what a flow state feels like when we lose our innate connection to our creativity.
