Hey, and welcome into today's episode of the Top Cut You Yo Podcast. My name is I'm here, of course, with Caleb. As always, and we are here today at our monthly, enter the Battlefield Battle City Tournament Day. So this is the ETV monthly tournament where they do, it's a little bit more involved than your regular locals.

There's multiple side pod events that go on. There's the, I think they do some raffles, store prices, things like that sometimes. So shout out to ETV Games and Alexandria Louisiana, our sponsor for doing that. Thank you very much.

And of course, we want to shout out our patrons who are Ace, Micah, Austin, Johnson, Myth, Oceanis, pigs, because Daddy, Aaron Gardner, Adiel, Sayeed, Anthony, Leela, and Mounting Man, Owen, Elvarado, Jeremy, Driziel and Ray Powell. Thank you all so much for your support. So Round One just ended, and I think you probably remember some of you might remember David, who was on last time as our Round One feature. David, how'd Round One go for you this time?

Oh, it went well. I went to, oh, I was playing Mutants today. And my matchup was against Tribogade. It was, it was okay match.

I had, I had a deep measure. And that's pretty good. That kind of helps. And, uh...

Yeah, I was going first game one. I went second game one, and I went first game two. Okay. Yeah.

So did you have to play into any kind of a board going second? No, that was the thing. He had a hard time playing. He just, he didn't draw, he didn't draw optimal.

Oh, yeah. And when he did have a good hand, I had the talent to rip away the main card. Oh, that's tragic. Mm-hmm.

They helped out a lot. Yeah. That's rough. So what does the mutant build look like these days?

Uh, it's different variants. Uh, no recently there was a top with Dog Madica. Uh, I'm not playing Dog Madica. I'm just playing the trap version.

I've always been the fan of Mutants since they came out. So since teleport came to two, I wanted to try it out this week. Yeah. Oh, because they're all psychic.

Yeah, yeah. So what do you think about the new, uh, the Mutants of work card coming? I love it. And it would be a top control deck, I believe.

Yeah. It really does have all the potentials to do that. Yes. I'm hoping that I'm going to run the breed.

Well, I think that's what it's called. From the breeze come out that mutants can be up there too, as one of those anti-melodecks. Yeah. So what, what is an opening turn for you?

What's your goal and board with whatever the term would be? Um, optimal, you could end on two of the boss main deck monsters with, uh, set back row, but usually the deck is slow. So you'll have one monster with probably three or four back row. Right.

But you usually have, uh, macros, the fissure, uh, these shift. There is like just a lot of stuff that messes with the format right now. Yeah. But the new guy would make it a lot better.

We'll be able to end on better boards. Yeah, for sure. So I'm fully here. Yeah.

What is the, when the mutant mutator comes out? What is the, what does the, what does the hangboard look like for that? You think, uh, depending on the ban list, because, uh, a lot of guys, you know, like when, um, fusion destiny, well, whenever the new guy for fusion destiny, that the shortening support. Yeah.

You're going to play that. Oh, you can also play, uh, you can also play. You're going to, if he's not gone. Yeah.

But you'll be able to end, you can possibly end on up, which is going to be amazing. Up with a destroyer and maybe a beast and a gate spells. Oh, yeah. That would be a lot better.

So that's what I'm hoping for. It's going to be a lot better. Yeah. So that one comes on battle of chaos.

I think is getting like January, January, February, February back here. It's a while. It's a while away. But hey, I mean, it's good to get the practicing of the deck now.

I understand what the deck does and be ready for the future. Oh, definitely. Well, thank you so much for coming on and I hope the rest of the time it goes well for you. All right.

I appreciate it. Thank you all. of winning it. Yeah, what'd you play against?

So I was like preparing a lot for like the Trapper game, so I end up playing Trapper game around too. Okay, I got you. What'd you play against? Oh, I played against.

I mean, what did you play? I'm sorry. I was playing like Trapper-alwich. Not like hearing that.

Yeah, I could see the physical shiver lines. Dude, I lost a Trapper-alwich last time we went to the 3v3 last weekend. And I know that we're both undefeated. I don't want that.

Oh no, now I'm scared. So are you running like the 3-monster like 37 Trapper-al or? Me, I'm actually, I like Inspector Borer-alox. As you know, I guess like William Packle, so I chose like some main deck like Inspector Borer, so I signed them.

Okay. But you're like the small dogmatic package with like the punishment, like three punishments like one ecclesia. Yeah. Yeah, I chose to actually opt out.

I mean like three punishment, but I just felt like the Cleasieux for like a rogue, like for a local setting I just didn't feel like it was like necessary. Yeah. So was it something in the format that made you want to run the Trapper-alwich? Or was it just, you feel like it just a bit there?

So I was just being like just say like deck that has like a lot of options. I feel like, since a nobleman across town has just like recently came out, like a lot of people are making decking multiple hand traps and deck like Elish like your deck hand traps are like as impactful as well as like the cross-out itself isn't impactful. So that's what I chose to play Elish. I gotcha.

Yeah. I mean makes a whole lot of sense to me. I gotcha. So what are you looking forward to in the coming rounds?

Come around. The point for is like I want to play against like meadow so hopefully I can play a lot of metamatials because when it comes like rogue that's when you are like most not prepared so. Yeah, of course. I gotcha.

Well, we appreciate the interview dude and we hope to see you again in future rounds. Appreciate it. Alright, and we're back after round three with Ramon. How's it going buddy?

That's going pretty good. Pretty good. So you were at table two, right? Yeah.

Yes sir. Alright, so hilariously I was actually at table one and I won table one but it would be no fun if I interviewed myself. So how'd it go for you to be able to do it? It was amazing.

If I like I was playing in the mirror match. Yeah, the mirror match with decks was it? What was the match up? It was pretty much a ring for toolbox as what I'm playing the way.

And my point is playing fan nights. Okay, we both just had the same type of inboard. I got because I actually told you around one I would actually call your deck more of a raid rapper dragon link kind of thing because it's just the dragon link stuff into the raid rapper stuff. So ultimately pump out a ultimate Falcon.

Yeah, honestly, if you want me to be honest, I've been I've had a raid Raptors ever since I've came out. It's my favorite deck and I've loved ever since. So what made you want to combine with the dragon like engine? It's literally a free rank four.

There's nothing locking you or anything. As soon as I realized that, I realized it was super free quick launch link one. Yeah, and you bring it out two monsters and just for and this is without normal something. Yeah, I learned that.

That's awesome. It's absolutely fascinating. Particularly if you can hard make the ultimate Falcon. Yeah.

And get all the effects off. So people actually use it wrong because the thing is it's the rank up is the trick that allows you to actually bring back your ultimate Falcon. Oh, yeah, because the thing is Arsenal truly cannot bring it back from great guy because the thing is it doesn't say it's easy something. Gotcha.

Fair enough. So how do you what it was an end board look like for you? Pretty much one I'm in the gate usually is with CD I cyber dragon infinity or a savage or both if the hand just super nutty. Like this is a time feed regulator which tributes makes two level fours a quick launch in hand and an extra extender.

Yeah. Okay. And that's a one how many gates on the board looks after just one or is it like two or three? How many gates on board looks after?

Yeah. Oh, also sometimes it will be one but if it becomes like a super crazy game that will be two to three most of the time. Okay. Hey, sometimes one is all you need.

So how big of a radar after package is included in that? Honestly, just picture it as you trapegate is not as many as you can. It's just like four or five cards kind of smaller package. Yeah, because I wanted to do more but I learned that the rank up magic really take a toll.

It's a red eyes fusion. Yeah, it can make or break you. Okay. So the next the last question is so what kind of things do you look for against your point?

What do you watch out for? Like the things that you go? Ah, no, I don't want to see that. Honestly, like scariest things are just like high impact hand tracks which are drool, nibs, D-shift, anything that just like stops you.

Maybe even lancier but most of the time I always stay prepared for that. So I always test under a scenario. Okay, what happens if I get drool? I can still make a savage for sure.

Yeah, that's really smart. It was actually in our Discord server. We were talking with Giant Skyhawk, one of the well-known players in the community and he was saying that's what he likes to do is to draw out a test and before he looks at the hand, he'll say, okay, let's say my opponent has a drool and he'll play at the hand under drool or let's say my opponent has a lancier, let's say my opponent has a D-shift or he'll play out each hand under different hand traps. Yeah, and boy, you know, my locals is actually a lot more different from this one.

This one is what's crazy because mine is more backroll locals. Yeah, this is what's crazy. I used to play backroll with plunders. I enjoyed that deck.

It was my baby. Yeah. So how's your day going overall? Honestly, it's pleasant.

I wanted to continue to be good and I hope that actually meet the same fan I played in top of that because I want to play against again. It was my fair match on the day. Yeah, what's your record? So far I am currently undefeated.

Oh, I'll see you next round. But all right, we're back after round four. Well, that was weird. I was once again at day one, except I lost, but I lost two of them who we interviewed last round.

So we went ahead and did table two again. How's how you doing, Mr. Patty? How are you?

Now that I know I'm not in top gut, happy because I can play out as I know how to play more. Oh, that's fair. We're not actually not talking about this one. Yeah, it's like we'd rather play other formats at this point.

Yeah, we're going to get it at your minute. How do I run two before you? Or four? Around four.

Well, I'm playing Dragonlink. I think it's the best Midrins check right now outside of maybe PK, but it's funny to hear Dragonlink for purchase in the French check after. Yeah, without LP and multiple striker dragons, you can't really calm it up a hard. I say that whenever I make like stupid boards in this match.

But yeah, I've been mutants. That's a cool deck. I can't wait for it to be sports. The chaos set, I think next course.

Yeah, I was a gas. That was a good. You tater. Was that a super cool?

Yeah, he's super cool. But yeah, I rolled one Dirole one game one because I set up the board. I made Santa Fonderson because I want to get value and that probably would be really nothing. But yeah, I came to he bricks set to I like stormed him and then just one from there.

That's very interesting. Yeah. So how do you feel? I know you said it's the best Midrins check in this format, but how do you feel overall about Dragonlink?

Because a lot of people were really scared off in the deck after the ban list, but it's really seemed like a resurgence in play. I think it's one of the best abusers that have crossed out if you have them. I've spent all of my money on different formats recently, so I don't have them. But I think that deck uses cross out better than most.

And it just sets up really recursive boards or like occasionally you'll loop a card on their hand, you'll have one gate and you'll have your spears bounce and then hand-dress, which is pretty good. Because I don't play the chambering because that's a different topic. But yeah, I think it's all right. I think like out of 10, probably a solid 8, 8.5, is it has really good kill threat, but your turn one boards are nowhere near as oppressive as like Dry Trons, which like for a turn one board, full power can't really ask for anything better than Dry Tron with like six in the gates, but you know, it's not much right.

So how do you feel the deck holds up going into the future format as we move forward? I don't think any deck coming out is better than Dragonlink. I don't think honestly any deck is going to change that much right now. The ban list wasn't strong enough to knock out any of our current meta and the current meta is in my opinion, I could be wrong, like, you know, don't yell at me if I am, but I think the upcoming stuff is nowhere near as strong as the current meta, especially once we're throwing greaters, the current meta gets even stronger than it is now because the current meta decks will just say, all right, right, if you're talking to my deck, now I'm going to call them.

He just doesn't really change anything. Gotcha. Gotcha. So round four, that's the end of the tournament.

Caleb, how'd you do? Poorly. Very, very poorly. What'd you play?

Well, I played in Bill Jai, as I normally do. Round one was actually against the guy who got first. Yeah, yeah, okay. I don't run Kaiju, so I can't out of Ultimate Falcon.

Ultimate Falcon. This is a big bully. Yeah, it's a big bully. I used to have a big bully.

I used to have a big black blade and wasn't even the Ultimate Falcon. It was the ultimate Falcon plus the 4Ls average plus the fog blade. Yeah. Was he playing like, I didn't talk to him, but I kept seeing his hands.

How much of a time he finches you on? I looked at his hands. I saw a regulator adjuster and I was like, how was this not just that? And I looked back later.

It was like, a radar hafter bord with like, big guess. I was like, I don't know what happened here. It's literally ranked for a turbo. It's like, it's like a dragon link engine.

Well, rocket. It's almost exclusively just rockets with like the quick launch tracer. Yeah, but and then the only other only of the Dragon's he runs is a cast of chaos. I'm the full chaos stuff, just three chaos base, white and black dragon.

Yeah, it's literally a chaos rocket package with a time fee package, a raid reactor package, and a small small small pk package. I love time. Yeah, like a special summon turbo. That's what it is.

Yeah, like literally the only Phantom Mike car who's running was boots. Like fog blades. Yeah, fog blades rusty and technically raiders. I guess.

They try to try to turn it down. He was using that with one of the raid records to go into a redoer. Yeah, get the guarantee bounce. Yeah.

That deck is really interesting. There will be a for those interested in that. There will be a deck profile of it up on the team dark arm gear on his channel. We will not we'll go ahead and make sure they close it to the discord server for those that are there.

Yep. And if you want control variant send me cross-out designators. That's it. Dr.

Ganyone. Sorry. I'll do it. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, I'll be on later.

You're right. You're right. Well, that'll wrap up the tournament coverage for today. That is after four rounds.

I finished three one. Caleb finished. We're going to say Patty. Three one as well.

Nice. I didn't go like lost every round. I didn't want to round. Hey, versus calls my.

I mean, that's a legacy match. Oh, it is a win, bro. Yeah, we take those. So thank you, everyone for listening.

And we'll be back shortly with the rest of the episode. All right. We want to take a quick moment to thank our sponsor, ETV Games here in Alexandria, Louisiana. We actually had several people from the server that came and played today.

It was a lot of fun. We do host these battle city days every month. I those that are interested that are local, you are more than welcome to go ahead and either DM your Caleb, Addison, the server, it's whatever you want. But thank you, ETV.

It was a wonderful experience today. It was a wonderful place to hang out. It's a games and play a little tournament. I mean, it's not just a great place, but it's a great place to come hang out, play Smash, play Digimon, Pokemon, Magic, D&D, whatever, right?

They have dedicated D&D rooms. I mean, it's really is a wonderful environment. So we absolutely recommend it to check out ETV Games in Alexandria, Louisiana. And while we're here, we would also like to reiterate, uh, re let everybody know, remind everybody.

That's our remind about our tournament coming up this Saturday, October the 16th. Yes. Yes. It'll be your standard tournament.

Just regular old UGO, not special. We're not banning an extra card any of that. Just nope. The answer you go as per comms official website.

Uh, let's see. This will be a remote tournament in our Discord server. Yes. He's our remote tool.

So make sure you got set up for you. I know just be sure that you send me the form-filled PDF of your deck list. I prefer to just direct message to me on Discord. Right.

So get you entered in and all that. There will be a link in the description below. That's a Konami deck list form. And you go on, you follow the link, you just type in your deck list, save PDF, save as a PDF, and send it on over to either myself or Caleb.

Now, we do have a limit of 128 players, which we know is ambitious, but we have to happen somewhere. So it's 128. We want to be 128. It was just the first number we thought of.

Yeah. So, uh, we'll do Swiss and a top cut afterwards. And first place will get an ultimate rare first edition karma cut. I thought it was nearment.

I looked at it. It's very, very likely. So almost newment. Yeah, you know, newment, newly minted.

Well, regardless, it'll be free to enter regardless. So even if you enter and you win it and it's not like perfect, I mean, it's still free, oldie karma cut, which is super nice. So especially for you, PK burning of his players. Yeah, definitely.

It's a good card. Um, and then if we get over 64 players, we will do second and third place pricing. Head judge will be giant skyhog from the server. So if you're interested, please let us know.

The term starts at 12 o'clock on 12 o'clock Central Standard Time in our server on Saturday, October the 16th. All right, y'all, we're back here after the tournament with Trevor and Patty. How are we all doing? I'm all right.

I mean, as long as Patty sitting next to me, my life is complete, you know, I would it is. I mean, listen, we support that thing on here on the podcast. We're open to everybody's okay. Everybody wants to be near the guy.

Everybody wants to be next to the guy with the juicy dumper. 30 seconds in and it's already on. It's already again. It's already again.

Oh man. All right. Well, thank y'all for being here. It is always wonderful to have y'all.

So what I wanted to do was talk a little bit about the current advanced format. Sorry. So you level my shoes and you chill. So the interesting thing is that when you look at our current advanced format, generally, a lot of people are considering this to be like an internal format to right because I mean, you're looking at the same the extra bit relevant for almost a year now or over.

So what though makes this eternal format different from the original one? No, yeah, or kiss the balls, thunder dragon, a ball, sky striker, I mean, sky striker in salad. They were good because a bestseller and then set two tracks ago. Like, yeah, like, for me personally, there's not enough evolution.

Like, I was playing Dry Tron at the start of the format. I was like, cool, I'm playing the Thunder Dragon before where I just make them boards and you can't beat it. And I was like, wow, this is so linear compared to gender dragon, which was like a big brain combo deck where you had to like think and now like everything is streamlined. It's boring.

It's funny. It's dry trying to consider the non-linear deck of the format. No, it's pretty linear. Once you learn the Dry Tron interactions, like I was going to say, the game, like all of those like once you're on those, it's it's bread.

Yeah. It's breading. Yeah. It's just learning those like it's kind of intimidating.

And as far as I know, there aren't any good videos on it that like cover each of them. There probably are, but I've learned it sort of haven't had to like look it up, but it's just intimidating for me outside. At least right. Because running combo is hard.

Small, maybe, knee brain, tiny, you know, think good. I could kind of go off and piggyback off of what Patty said. I remember running like machine dupe orchus back in eternal format and machine dupe in like the brass bombard or the nightmare and making a big eye. You could do and then there was stuff you could do.

Yeah. And then you could run like trap orchus with like mathematician and then you could run, gosh, what the guy's trying to work in. That by the way, sign up. That's the best I ever played.

Oh, God. It was crazy. That is the single best I ever played. And kind of going off of Patty said thunder dragon, you purer, you could do dragons, you could you could do crusading out like this one.

It's like here's a driver game day. You're gonna play in a dry. You're gonna play Dry Tron. You're gonna play like in there's like four of the decks that are kind of in there.

That's like V-Dub, Dragon Knight, Phantom Knight. Is there another one? Like an Eloise Dry variant? Yeah.

Yeah. Something that kind of like chokes out your opponent. Yeah. Yeah.

Like because you can't really evolve Dry Tron because like the coolest evolution had was the Megalith stuff before we got diviner. That was the only real evolution that the deck had. And then went right back to diviner turbo turbo. Yeah.

Very turbo. Yeah. Like diviner in friends. Yeah.

It sucks. It really does because like you look on the horizon and you're just like, look at sword souls and it's like, ah, because it beat Dry Tron is a beat driver good. Yeah. But the thing is they should end it but it's still so boring.

It's just like normal zone, uh, imperman. It's like, ah, cross out. Do I have a cross out? Do I not?

You know, it's just like, Mason put it best. Um, sword soul is just a synchro normal somenalister. Yeah. Like some of the roles on Alistair.

Yeah. Like it's going to be, I don't know, my excitement for the current next kind of stuff is not the feature for stuff is really fun. The stuff is really good, but it doesn't have enough to like, I don't think it has enough to choke out sword soul or yeah. And yet, yeah.

Yeah. Hopefully it gets something. Yeah. And then Flunder Ease with all the traps and stuff like, you know, you're not playing main decking twin twisters or anything like that.

You're trying to combo. Yeah. Like that's not a problem. The feature is, uh, even with cross out, you can't fit the targets words.

Same thing as Dry Tron where I was wrong at the beginning. Like sometimes I was like cross out changes everything for combo decks. Not really. You can't fit everything in there.

Like it's fantastic. Like unbelievably good in their interest. But once you get into like combo and control decks, it's kind of bad. You don't have space for it in combo and in control.

I really care what they do to you. Like, like you're playing set four. Like what are you going to do? What are you going to cross out?

Like ash on my singlin? And the worst thing is to like, even if they hit all these decks, we're still, okay, we're just going to play should all and uh, Elbridge. It's just a layer underneath that hasn't been dug into yet. Exactly.

And like then, you know, like I said, we're going to be stuck in the same thing and we're going to get winded and we're still going to be mad because let's be honest, they're never going to hit the should all stuff. It's not. So it's going to eat your own way around. Yeah.

So a lot of people, the thought line is that, um, so do you all agree that the upcoming stuff just is not going to be as good as the currently. I just don't think it is. Yeah. And I say that from somebody that is tested.

I've played Flunder E's like 100 times and it's like, if you don't open the like the two little two, yeah, you know, you're done. And uh, it's like, oh, you can, you know, do don't mannek uponish man or you could play like super duper cool floodgates and it's like, I mean, sure, but I mean, how exciting is that? You know, like, does it beat spheres, uh, hard. Yeah.

Exactly. And then we didn't even say, uh, dragon link or anything like that. Then you go down and just like dragon link. Like drag like I said, this in my interview thing.

I was like, dragon links probably would unblink this foreseeable future. I'm like, and you should. I mean, like that's just it's dragon link and it's already gotten the touch. It's already gotten the touch.

Like I don't see like the only thing I could hit in that deck if they don't hit the chaos engine, which I think they should like chaos space or one of the or one of the little babies has to go or the drag or the secret dragon. They're never getting in. Oh, no, I know. But like, he's crazy.

That card is that's the reason dragon links play right now because you know, make that go hard. That's why part of the same. Yeah. He said a minute ago that there is another layer that's just untouched in this format.

Yeah. I don't even think that those decks coming up even beat that later. Like if I flip a window on you and you're playing, you know, what are you doing? Some of my brave token.

All right. Excuse him. All right. Well, do you think the format solved or there's just no innovation happening?

Oh, current format. I think it's soft. Yeah. Super current.

I think it's try again. One, um, dry drawn to dry drawn like two, floating between two, three and then like, be dubbed in that spot. Yeah. And you got a nice kind of five or a third.

There's a statistic. I don't remember the name of the channel, but, um, PK has like a 90% one right going first or something on on DB. Like that's like the low key best. Is it rank my data?

Yeah. Yeah. It's something like that. If you'll go to pick a scary man, he's so good.

And like, and they get even better. And it's not on the radar. No, like an army. It's like, it's like, you know, seriously, make it something.

Kind of like a, kind of like a sleeper, a sleeper agent kind of deal going on where you look at it. It's like, not that good. Yeah. And then you look at every single talk gun.

It's just there. It's just just like, I'm just listening to go. It's just like, get top eight. You're never going to hit me.

Like, that's why I'm never going to artifact. Lancy. I'm terrified. I'm really, will get you.

Yeah. That's why I have to run this. Yeah. Yeah.

It does. But like sometimes, man, they just just got me just like, you know, nice and the beer. Let me just bring back. Oh boy.

It's like, I'm a remade range. Really? It's, it's at the quicker end of mid range, but I think it's still mid range because like it's like, you can play more traps than you can play. Yeah.

You can put like, hand trap stuff. The engines are a little tiny. And the way I think about it is, if I max see them, what do they do? They will still put artist two traps.

Yeah. Like, so they're doing that, like, in a hypothetical like, wall and maxes around. Yeah. But like, you do that to dragon link.

It's like, all right, I can make sure your fast and you're still, and you're still doing, like you said, the two traps. Yeah. So even though they draw two cards, like, all right, one to gate, two to game. So you just drew two cards or three or whatever, but I'm still like, eating, like, yeah.

I think you have that in all of something. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that's the thing you could go super duper combo like, handsless.

Oh, yeah. You can play with your efforts and everything. Go, go, go, absolutely think that's fine. But I just think there's like, there's levels to it again, where it's like, you can play super combo, like, dump your hand on the board, or you can just play super reserved and like, if I was playing right now, I'll probably throw in strikes and stuff like that and just set like, in front of strikes, fog blades.

Yeah. How do you get out of that? Yeah. Like, if I have double fog blades, strike, you remember, uh, a ring four?

What are you doing? Yeah, you remember all this format whenever rusty? Oh my God. Oh, look, they're gonna hear something at the bottom of the table.

Or just this is my all time favorite day. Oh, dude. You don't gotta get me started. I remember running into you at the, uh, I came up with the Mississippi regional.

I think I was playing like, traffic. I was just playing some dumb stuff. And I asked you how you were doing, you were doing like, uh, the true king, uh, you were doing like, the laminade, I was like, two said, I was like, God, but then it was like rusty. I was like, what is happening?

Well, what is actually happening right now? They, uh, what did they do? I don't remember. That was the list that harpour had gotten banned.

And they were like, we did it. Go as we saved orchas. The next event I went to, I thought they did it. Orchas is just still alive.

Yeah. It was just, it was dumb back. Rest in these dangers. That's when they deck run and harp and harpour going really, really hurt.

Yeah. Like honestly, now the, I don't want to hurt back. Like we're ready to move on. Yeah.

I mean, quick, quick, trying to pull me back in. Yeah. Exactly. We've gotten a closure.

It's like, they give us back all mirage, not all mirage, but it's like, what are you doing? That one, I think is fun. They could honestly put mirage with breeding, like circle with breeding. I'd be like, all right, that deck's like, still bad.

You really, I don't think that deck is good. I think that deck would kind of dominate on us. Not dominate as it'd be like a bed. But I mean, you have to be there.

But here's the thing, salad is cool. I love salad. If it wasn't for orchas, I would have been playing salad that entire format. Orchas is just like dark deck.

I could play my alerts. I was happy. That's all I wanted to do. So what's the most you could take off the list for salad without making it just really great?

Like, I think gazelle circle and roar are also on the list. No, it's it's circle gazelle and mirage is the one, but that does not matter. Like you will never play. I don't think if you, I think you could put circle to three mirage to three.

I think you kind of have to leave. Yeah, I'm cool with leaving the zone one because like that car is real nice. Yeah, that's nice. But I don't think it needs to go to three.

Like if circle goes to three and the deck does nothing, we'll talk about it. But I think you put circle three, the deck's going to do something, but I don't think it's doing anything unhealthy. Like that's why I love salad. It's me.

It's fair. It was the most fair deck we've had since. Good board. A long done.

Since I started this. Oh dude, it was FTK in 2008. You remember that? It was like, yeah, Metal Faux FTK, Pendulum F 2018.

Oh my god. Dude, I actually topped in that with freaking dinosaurs. And I'm just like, how did I get here? Oh, bro, I look back.

I was playing sub-tears. I topped with sub-tears when Reebu was at three. Jesus. What was I doing?

You were like, what kind of craze was I doing? Dude was just one. Yes. Oh my god.

What was it one? You were like, yes, I am here. I'm doing things. I cannot know what I'm doing.

Say, if you have Reebu pay half bro, you got me. I can't answer that. Oh, Metal Faux not changed. That is insane.

That is. So with the dislike of the current format, what do you think fixes it? 20-card ban list. 20-card ban list.

You'll all of them. Like honestly, you can't do anything to it except ban a bunch of stuff. Yeah. You got to get like 10 decks.

Or at least put like seven cards to one. Like, again, I don't know if we talked about this last time I was on, but my ideal ban list, like it's Zolds on there, Phoenix Blades on there. There's weird stuff on there. Like stuff that like, like honestly power tool drive you.

Like there's weird stuff that I'm just like, have you ever been healthy to the game? Look at this all. Even in Noble Knights, that's the best part of that deck by a country model. Like, there's always people that are better.

And for Noble is like two cards away from being in the best deck. And for Noble is a cross-out designator on your Nubiro away from being the best deck. Like that is scary. At that every time I play against that deck, I'm sweating.

I will say this though, if they do ban a bunch of crap, they really should bring a bunch of crap back. Oh, like why is Yagarasu? Oh come on, Patty. Come on.

No, come on. Or time seal. Yes, get to draw face. I don't want it.

I don't know. Don't skip game mechanics. That's why I can see you're right. I really can't.

I'm kind of like, I'm kind of like the type of guys like, let's have a little bit of chaos. You know the reason that I'm okay with Yana being coming up the list? Because even though it's a bird, it's a spellcaster, not a wing of bees. Do you imagine if it was searchable in, oh my god.

That would be bad. Yeah. That would be freaking. Oh dude.

Imagine, imagine Omen hitting you got like two cards sending like normal summon Yana. Please, no. We're all kind of like sitting like, look at that. We dodged the bull.

Dude put fiber jar to one. Let's do it. Game mechanics. I know.

I'm just being stupid now. There are certain reasons that's not crutch just cannot. Oh yeah. Fire jar.

Yeah. No, it's just like victory dragon. Like you can't come back. It does have the, I think it has the thing on it now where it says this can't be used in a real world.

Like that's what a bunch of the prize cards have. Like World's always crutch. It's like Elmo's hero and Magic. I think victory dragons is just like a video game from where he was.

No, no, no, no. It's out of a, it's out of a shown-in jump. All the reason I know this is because I had one. Yeah.

I don't think I ever got to have this cannot be used. Well, like you said, it's probably fine. Sorry. Like when you said game mechanics, if you don't have, like let's say on top deck and you have like 10 billion coins and for some reason, you can not out this set fiber jar.

It just restarts the game and like now it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, you're looking at a game where, I mean, turns already take 12 minutes. Yeah. Especially, I don't, I don't want to have some dumb, dumb, like, what's, what's the name of the deck? Empty Jar me and then go at the end.

Like if you can't get there, just flip a fiber jar. I just want to deal with that. Yeah. Yeah.

Sorry. 15 minutes and around one. Yeah. Like it's your turn.

You've been like combo 25 minutes and you're like, all right, now it's combo. Now I'm going to, now I'm going to fiber jar. I'm almost going to tend to be that fast or something dumb like that. Just something dumb.

That actually could happen. Like, yeah, like, almost on the like, or something like, all right, burn three and drop it. Do you like something dumb? That card just promotes stuff.

I don't want to like all the floodgates right now. Yeah. Oh, my idea. If I see another rivalry or goes in, I'm going to throw it on my idea list.

But, why do you storms at one? Twister is at one. Duster is banned. Duster is banned again.

And then I saw him driving back at one. I was banned. There's just so many like, what about, here's an interesting question. What about Lance yet and roll?
