My vision for BLACK TEA was a full-scale event in September on one of the many beaches that dot the Chicago shoreline of Lake Michigan. Hundreds would gather to CELEBRATE the official end of SUMMER, the international party season and the beginning of AUTUMN. The music (of course) would be A Dark Blend, featuring (in this session) NEW WAVE, tech HOUSE, melodic HOUSE, ELECTRONICA, NRG, progressive TRANCE, HOUSE, and progressive HOUSE all in keeping with the theme of "Black Celebration" by Depeche Mode (1986) on which BLACK TEA is based.
