Ethical Consumption

On this episode I want to delve into the topic of ethical consumption. This episode is relevant in this period of seasons of retail where sales go over the roof, like black friday, cyber monday and all of the periods that drive consumers to brands. As you are on a journey of becoming self aware, it is good to understand yourself as a consumer and consider being ethical in your approach to consumption. Over consumption, or the lack of it, can lead people to debt, depression. The ability and level of our consumption in this capitalistic world is often linked to our ideas around success and wealth.
