A retired teacher, school principal, and pastor, Lyn Barrett was diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder in 1992 while climbing up the career ladder. After considerable therapeutic work, she now lives a happily integrated life in the Adirondacks, sharing her memoir Crazy: Reclaiming Life from the Shadow of Traumatic Memory and helping others to heal through writing workshops.
