Antalet organdonatorer i Sverige i stort sett ökat varje år sedan 2010, men trenden vände det 2024. Varför? Magdalena Nordin, docent i religionssociologi vid Göteborgs universitet och Niels Lynöe, professor emeritus i medicinsk etik vid Karolinska Institutet, båda ledamöter av Etiska rådet i Region Skåne, tittar närmare på argumenten för och emot organdonation och på hur förtroendet för vården kan påverkas som en konsekvens av donationsdebatten.
