EU Justice Ministers Meet Over Migrant Crisis In Ceuta

Ireland's Presidency of the Council of the European Union has brought migration to the top of the agenda, following an emergency meeting of EU justice and interior ministers over the recent migrant crisis in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta.     With questions being raised about the protection of the EU's external borders, the role of misinformation and what this could mean for future migration policy, Alan Morrissey was joined by Clare-based Ireland South Independent MEP Michael McNamara to discuss the implications for both Europe and Ireland.
