Eunoia, Together Day – Nine Round Breathing

You might start to feel like this session spends a little too long concerning itself with “energy flowing through the body” and such. Don’t worry about it dear, you’re trying something with me! You can come back to it if this leaves you curious, or leave it well alone after the first time. My new full-length session “Position for Release” will be available shortly, and it does explore our breathing exercises in a more intense and exhilarating fashion.
