In this second episode, we gathered Paul (French organizer and leader of the journalist team), Aurore (leader of the cooking team) and Mathilde (Participant & member of the organization) to talk about the process of making the project possible. An episode imagined and created by Maëlle Laurent and Malvin Huin. Europe Convergence is an international mobility program for young Europeans. The project brings together young journalists, artists/communicants, musicians and cooks from three partner regions for three weeks to work, learn and experiment together.
