The head of the European Union announced earlier this week that the member countries of the EU would be open to Americans this year who are fully vaccinated with an approved vaccine (currently all 3 vaccines offered in the US are approved). Should you go? I'm weighing the pros and cons of planning a trip to Europe this summer.
