Fabian Picardo spoke to GBC and says Gibraltar would have never even been on this list if it weren't for Brexit. He said he expects this decision to be reversed.The family of a man left paralysed have told GBC they are relieved to have settled their legal claim with the Care Agency for over 10 million pounds.
