from The Recruiting Animal Hosted by WRKdefined Podcast Network
@EvaBaluch -- LINKEDIN -- BLOG: I’m a Slovak living in Amsterdam. For the past 8 years I have been working in HR/recruitment and every single day I do what I love which makes me feel both humble and proud. Some things I'm good at: - creating boolean strings & sourcing talented people - socializing & connecting people - candidate experience & employer branding - empowering people to bring out their best Most people describe me as nerdy, people-oriented, talkative, humorous and gritty. The term 'giving up' is not in my vocabulary. I'm very loyal, a hard worker and a great team player.
