Evacuation Warnings Lifted, San Clemente State of Emergency, Poway Unified Superintendent Administrative Leave

The City of San Diego is planning to lift it's evacuation warnings for people in low lying flood zones today after the latest storm did not result in catastrophic flooding. California has declared a state of emergency related to the landslide threatening the rail line in San Clemente.
