His review explores the study results and what they may mean for future studies.Biography:Dr. Yan Xu, is a subspecialty fellow in Adult Thrombosis Medicine at the University of Ottawa, having completed his medical school at Queen’s University, internal medicine training at the University of Toronto and hematology fellowship at The Ottawa Hospital. Yan’s research interests involve the use of routine clinical data to better understand the safety of anticoagulant therapy, and how to optimally manage bleeding complications that arise from their use.
